General : 
- new money system

- navigation system reworked : if you move to an uncolonized solar system, you can only move to your empire until you have colonized this system.

- new resource : Rythium

- new planet buildings : Colony and Rythium Extractor

- timer reworked : 1 year / 5 seconds (pause with P key)

- new Communication UI (still WIP) : buy new buildings and new upgrades at Bogg's shop, the Tech Seller

- new sound design and new OST (Desolace by Dan Farley and Minimal Orchestral by John Leonard French)

Bugfix and optimization : 

- fix a Runtime Error at galaxy's center

- giant red star doesn't spawn planet anymore (will be reworked later)

- optimize galaxy generator

- fix a bug with the right mouse button

- fix a depop planet bug

- fix sun color error
